• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User Content and Invitations

• You are responsible for the goals, notes, contact details, and invitation content you create or send through the service.
• You represent that you have the right to provide and use the email addresses of invited accountability partners.
• We process such information solely to provide the service and are not responsible for the outcome of interactions between you and invited contacts.

4. Paid Features, Billing, and PayPal

• Certain features may be paid. Pricing, billing intervals, and taxes will be displayed during checkout.
• Payments are processed by PayPal or other third-party payment providers. By completing payment, you agree to their payment flow and applicable terms.
• Where automatic renewal applies, charges may recur until canceled before the next billing date.
• Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, spam, privacy-invasive, or intellectual-property-infringing purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to address issues caused by third-party outages, email delays, payment processor problems, network failures, or force majeure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance.
